On Sep 28, Institute of Rock and Soil Mechanics (IRSM) signs a strategic cooperation framework agreement with Guangdong Research Institute of Water Resources and Hydropower (GDSKY) in Guangzhou. Director LI Haibo and Vice Director SHENG Qian from IRSM, Honorary president YANG Guanghua from GDSKY are present at the signing ceremony.

　　Before the signing ceremony, YANG gives a brief introduction to GDSKY. The two parties discuss about the institute development, scientific research platform management and scientific research projects.

　　The signing ceremony is hosted by YANG Guanghua. Director LI from IRSM and LI Tie from GDSKY sign on the strategic cooperation framework agreement. The two parties agree to establish long-term, comprehensive and deep cooperation with each other, they will take full advantage of technology and talent resources to promote technology innovation and application developing level, solve key technical difficulties in rock and soil engineering, cultivate advanced talents in related subjects.

　　After the ceremony, LI Haibo gives a lecture on Rock Dynamics Research Progress of IRSM to introduce the research achievements and developing plans of IRSM in rock dynamic research.
