A research on the Chinese Thunder of God Vine makes breakthrough |

A important study on celastrol, a triterpene extracted from the Chinese thunder of god vine has proved successful. The experiment was carried out in 2006 by Wuhan Botanical Garden and US scientists. Research proves celastrol, a triterpene extracted from the Chinese thunder of god vine is a potent proteasome inhibitor and suppresses human prostate cancer growth in nude mice.
This research result has published at the 1 May issue of Cancer Research, a famous international learned journal on cancer research.
