Introduction
ACTA MATHEMATICA SCIENTIA was found by Prof. Li Guoping (Lee Kwok Ping ) in April 1981. The aim of ACTA MATHEMATICA SCIENTIA is to present to the specialized readers important new achievements in the areas of mathematical sciences. The journal considers for publication of original research (expository) papers in all areas related to the frontier branches of mathematics with other science and technology. The journal publishes one volume annually consisting of 10 issues in two series: Ser. A and Ser. B. Ser. A comes out bimonthly in Chinese and Ser. B quarterly in English. Papers published in Ser. A (Ser. B) are not included in Ser. B (Ser. A). Both series are distributed all over the world. The Editorial Committee consists of 49 scientists includes honorary editor-in-chief Prof. Wu Wenjun, editor-in-chief Prof. Ding Xiaqi, Prof. Roderick S. C. Wong, and other scientists.
